Venture Beat cites information from an individual briefed on Samsung’s plans for the Note 8.
First things first, the launch of the Note 8 is expected to be the second half of September and not earlier as we initially thought. Note8 will supposedly retail for a LOTtle, oh sorry, I mean a little over $900.
The device once again features a fingerprint sensor on the same plane as the camera lenses — to the right of the flash and heart rate sensor — but at least this iteration sees them separated by a greater distance.It is powered by a relatively conservative 3300mAh battery,along with an apparently improved the ease-of-use of split-screen multitasking, endowed the S Pen with more capabilities (such as full-sentence language translation and currency conversion), and added the ability to pin handwritten notes to the always-on display.
DEX support and will be included at launch, the device will be available in three colors; Black, blue and gold.
